We operate an appointment system for the doctors and nurse, where a 24/48 hour access system is in place for the doctors.
GP practices and hospitals have strict infection prevention and control measures in place, so it is safe to attend appointments. It is important that you continue attend routine appointments, such as antenatal checks, cancer screenings, and take your children for childhood vaccinations, as normal, unless you have been told not to attend.
Please cancel your appointment in advance if you are unable to attend, it would benefit other patients in waiting. We will send sms to remind you about the appointment to the mobile number that we hold for you. Please make sure that we have your correct mobile number. You can cancel your appointment by texting back 'Cancel' to the sms appointment reminders.
You can book appointment online. Please sign up for patients’ access for the service. If you have signed up for Internet access, please book an appointment online. If you have queries on how to sign up or use the patient's access service, please contact surgery.
We will make home visits only to those patients who are too ill to come to the surgery. If possible please contact us between 8 to 9am to arrange a visit.
